Kelsey Walcott

Kelsey’s passion for fitness was sparked by taking the women’s kickboxing classes in 2012. After taking boxing and kickboxing classes for several years, Kelsey tried Crossfit and immediately fell in love with the intensity. Kelsey received her Level 1 Crossfit certification in 2014 and continued to get her Leve II Crossfit certification in 2015. She also has completed the Crossfit Weightlifting Course, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach certification, Functional Movement Systems Level 1 certification, Strong First Girya Level 1 Kettlebell Certification, and is currently working on her Precision Nutrition level 1 certification. Kelsey is dedicated to continuing her education within the health and fitness industry, and she loves passing along that knowledge to others. Kelsey frequently competes in local weightlifting meets, and hopes to be on the national stage soon!
