Boxing
Learn all the basic skills and training techniques real fighters use to get in top condition. Skipping rope, foot work, bag work, medicine ball drills, defensive skills, plyo-metric exercise drills, abdominal workouts and more fill this one-hour “sweat fest.” The difficulty of these drills vary, making classes extremely challenging, however allowing those at lower fitness levels to pace themselves.This class will have you working the bag like a pro and burning up to a 1000 calories in a one hour work out!

Kickboxing
All the cardio and strength training of our boxing workouts plus you learn kickboxing and Muay thai Techniques using punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and fighting out the clinch. It is an effective and brutal martial art originally from Thailand. Muay Thai distinguishes itself from western kickboxing and other standup martial arts by 3 things: the clinch, the Thai low kick and the Thai roundhouse.

Women’s Kickboxing
This women’s fitness kickboxing, workout is a fast-paced, all inclusive REAL kickboxing training course. Rhythmic kick-punch combination’s start you off strong then, on the bag for kick and punch combination’s. Ladies will also be doing cutting edge exercises that pro atheletes use to get in top condition! Finish with target practice, butts and guts finale. We do it ALL in this hour!

Grappling
This class teaches you submission style wrestling involving take downs, positioning and manuevers designed to dominate your opponent. This style of grappling is a blend of Judo, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Mixed Martial Arts
Puts all those boxing, kickboxing and grappling techniques together to form the ultimate fighting experience.

Sparring
For those of you who really want to go toe to toe. Get your headgear, mouthpiece, and 16oz. gloves ready for all-out training and sparring sessions.
Each location will have between 40-55 classes a week for their members to attend. Most classes will be one hour classes where you will train just like a fighter does without taking the punishment of a fighter. Training in 3 min rounds with a minute of rest or active rest as we like to call it is the perfect formula to burn up to 1000 calories an hour and get in the best shape of your life! This is an amazing full body work out which will not just work your upper body, we concentrate on your CORE and LOWER BODY! All this while you are learning the real techniques of your chosen class (Boxing, Muay Thai, Womens Kickboxing, Grappling, MMA, Youth program) ONE HOUR SWEAT FEST AND TONS OF FUN!
