Kickboxing

Our kickboxing class in Tucson incorporates all the fundaments of our boxing class with the addition of learning kicks, knees, and elbows. The class will consist of footwork, bag work, partner mitt drills, partner shield work, all mixed with bodyweight strength training for a full-body workout.
