Youth Boxing

Youth boxing consists of all the fundaments of the regular boxing class, but is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 15. This class consists of jumping rope, foot work, bag work, defensive skills, plyo-metric exercise drills, all with an emphasis on getting moving having fun! This class not only teaches our youngest members the fundamentals of boxing, but also helps them develop a sense of discipline and confidence. Kids will receive a the benefits of having  Tucson personal trainer with a fun group setting.
