Women’s Kickboxing

Our women’s kickboxing class is a fast paced, all inclusive REAL kickboxing class! Here at our Tucson gym, our ladies learn the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing through work on the bag and partner shield work, all with body weight exercises mixed in. This full body workout will target your core while defining your arms, legs, and glutes! If you want to get stronger, relieve stress, and learn a great method of self defense, this class is for you!
