Thinking about stepping into the ring—or the bag room? Your free trial class at Boxing Incorporated delivers a low-pressure, welcoming experience for absolute beginners and fitness junkies alike. Here’s your full walkthrough:

Easy Booking & Friendly Welcome

  • Reserve via our website or call. 
  • Arrive 10 minutes early — check in, sign waiver, and meet the coach. 
  • Borrow gloves and wraps if you need them. 

Short Intro Chat

The trainer will ask about your fitness goals—weight loss, skill building, confidence. Let them know if you have injuries or experience concerns.

Quick Warm‑Up (10 Minutes)

Expect dynamic exercises to get your heart pumping: jumping jacks, shadow punching, mobility drills.

Technique Demo

Coach showcases a staple combo—jab, cross, hook, uppercut—highlighting stance, posture, and footwork.

Hand-On Practice

  • Shadow‑box under trainer guidance 
  • Corps “mirror drill” for body awareness 
  • Partner up for light pad or partner work 

Mini Circuit or Bag Work

A short round on the bag or stations, featuring attack combos and controlled drills.

Group Stretch & Debrief

Cool-down stretch, recap technique feedback, and next‑step guidance.
